Keagan gained prominence as the host of the No Good Television (NGTV) web series, including Up Close with Carrie Keagan and In Bed with Carrie. NGTV, an uncensored celebrity interview platform on YouTube, is known for its relaxed and humorous tone, allowing guests to showcase their personality beyond traditional media formats.

She later expanded her presence on television, becoming known for her backstage and red carpet coverage at major entertainment events. Her engaging interview style and bold humor made her a recognizable media figure.
