Cassidy Hubbarth was born in September the 19th in 1984. Her hometown is in Chicago, Illinois in the United States of America. Her parents are Gerry, her father, and Emmeline, her mother. Studies

She attended college in Evanston, Illinois. She attended the Evanston Township High School. She participated in sports activity while she was attending. A year before graduating, she played along the soccer team of the school and participated of the ETHS State Championship. She graduated from there in 2003. After finishing high school, she went to pursue a higher education at the University of Illinois. There she attended for a year. She then went to the Northwestern University. She studied at the Medill School of Journalism from where she graduated and received her Bachelor of Science degree.

First Jobs

After finishing her studies, she began to work for the WMAQ NBC5 Network as a producer and for Navteq as a traffic reporter. After that she also worked as a production assistant, associate producer and host for Intersport. She also worked for a time at the Comcast Sportsnet Chicago. That is a sport channel owned by the National Broadcasting Company, to be more precise, its Sports unit, that also belongs to National Broadcasting Company Universal. Apart from that, she worked as a reporter and as a host for Fox Sports South and Big Ten Network. While she was working on ESPN3 she hosted the broadcast of various special events, including: the Madden Bowl, the Baylor Pro Day and the Georgia Pro Day.

Experience at the ESPN

It was in 2010 that she joined ESPN. There she started working on ESPN3. Her job was being a host for college basketball, college football and the National Basketball Association. Along with that, she also worked as an anchor. Her big break came three years later when she found her place at various shows, among which are: The NBA Today podcast, SportsCenter, Highlight Express, NBA Tonight, First Take, Numbers Never Lie, SportsNation.

She began to work for all those ESPN shows as a host and full time anchor. Including her many activities on ESPN, there is her job in NBA Tonight as a host. Also, she worked at various channels belonging to ESPN such as ESPN Pacific Rim and ESPN America. Her job there included being a contributor and anchor for various of their programs. Those shows were: The Beat, Fantasy Football Now, SportsCenter, SportsNation, and The Scott Van Pelt Show.

Current Work

She is still working on the ESPN to this day. She is the anchor for SportsCenter on ESPN and the host for NBA Tonight on ESPN2.

Awards

Her work on SEC Gridiron Live earned her the Southeast Emmy for Interactivity.
