Cesar Conde was born on December 8, 1973 in Miami, FL. He was born to parents Cesar A. Conde, a cardiologist, and Maria Conde, a professor. He grew up with two brothers, one of whom named Jorge Conde is heading a firm named Knome Inc. His other brother, Enrique Conde is an attorney for a renowned law firm named Greenberg Traurig.

Conde was a top performer in his high school both in terms of academics as well as in athletics. He used to play Tennis and was selected for his high school tennis team. Cesar graduated with a bachelor's degree from Harvard University and later on he got his management education from Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Cesar got married to Pamela Cilva Conde, a renowned reporter in 2009. The wedding was considered to be one of the most glamourous functions with over 200 people attending. Cesar Conde is known as the Chairman of NBC Universal international group and NBC Universal Telemundo Enterprise, one of the top media houses in the US. Cesar started his career as an investment banker in the firm called Salomon Smith Barney. Because of his sharp acumen and superior performance, he grew to the level of Vice President, Business Development at an internet-based firm called Star Media Network.

After his stint at Star Media, he joined Univision Networks as the Vice President, Business Development in November 2003. He also served as a White House fellow in the George W. Bush administration from 2002-03. Later on in his career, he grew through the ranks of Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer to become the President of Univision Networks in 2009.

In 2013, Conde moved out of Univision Networks and joined NBC Universal where he is currently acting as the Chairman and overseeing their Business Development and strategy aspects of the business.

Cesar is an acting board member of various companies and institutes like Aspen Institute and the Paley Center for Media. He has also been involved in philanthropic work. He co-founded a nonprofit organization called Futuro Program which works towards the educational needs of Hispanics. He has also worked on campaigns that promoted educational support for students. These campaigns have garnered massive support worldwide from top leaders. Cesar also started a campaign with Univision networks, which was focused on the betterment of Hispanic citizens in the US. He also worked on other programs targeted towards improving living standards for disabled children.

Cesar has also been awarded at various levels for his work. He was included in the list of ‘Most influential Hispanics in US’ by PODER magazine continuously for 4 years from 2008 till 2012. He was placed in the esteemed list of ‘Fortune- 40 under 40’, continuously from 2009 till 2012, based on his net worth which is above $50 Million.
