Early Life and Family Background

Cheyenne Nicole Woods was born on July 25, 1990, in Phoenix, Arizona. From a young age, she expressed an interest in professional golf and aspired to join the LPGA (Ladies Professional Golf Association). Her ambition was inspired in part by her uncle, the legendary golfer Tiger Woods.

Tiger Woods, born Eldrick Tont Woods on December 30, 1975, in Cypress, California, is widely regarded as one of the greatest golfers of all time. His father, Earl Woods, was a retired U.S. Army lieutenant colonel, and his mother, Kultida Woods (née Punsawad), is originally from Thailand. Tiger Woods is of mixed heritage, including African American, Thai, Chinese, and Dutch ancestry. He has three half-siblings: two half-brothers, Kevin and Earl Jr., and a half-sister, Royce. His nickname “Tiger” was given in honor of his father’s friend, Vuong Dang Phong, whom Earl had served with in Vietnam and who was also known by that name.

Tiger Woods stands approximately 1.85 meters tall and weighs around 84 kilograms, a build considered conducive to his athletic performance in golf.
