Chloe Delevingne was born on June 22, 1985 in London. She is better known by being the oldest of the Delavigne sisters, with Chloe and Poppy in the public spot due to their top model career.
Chloe chose to study tumor biology and biomedical sciences at University College in London. After graduating and without a defined path, she worked in fashion. During this time she worked for Hardy Amies managing a shop and then Selfridges turned her into a personal shopper.
Family
The Delavigne’s share royal blood line from their mother’s side, with strong connections coming from their ancestors.
Pandora Anne Delevingne and property developer Charles Hamar Delevingne were Chloe’s parents. She grew up in the district of Belgravia in London.
Sir Jocelyn Stevens was Delevingne's maternal grandfather, who was English Heritage chairman and publishing executive. More influence relatives include the magazine publisher Sir Edward George Warris Hulton and Sir Edward Hulton, 1st Baronet.
Her maternal grandmother also had strong connections. Janie Sheffield had been in life lady-in-waiting to Princess Margaret. Hamar Greenwood, 1st Viscount Greenwood was her paternal great-grandfather who became a well-known British politician.
From other family line, Delevingne descends from Faudel-Phillips, the Anglo-Jewish baronet, and two of her ancestors on that line were known to serve as Lord Mayor of London.
All these connections give her the possibility to multiply her net worth on any endeavor she attempts.
Nuptials
Despite her young age, Chloe Delavigne has been married twice.
Her first marriage was held in September, 2007. Her husband, Louis Buckworth, is a well-known business man. They lasted together less than 2 years, counting only 17 months before their divorce was settled. They had no children during their time together.
14 years after her first attempt of finding love, Chloe gave it a second chance with the Property developer Edward Grant. The wedding took place in London at the Spencer House in St. James on February of 2014. She bares 2 children with Edward: Atticus Ned Grant and Juno Grant.
Chloe is now devoted to her family and busy raising her young kids. She is occasionally posted on social events or hanging out with her sisters.
Cancer Awareness
Chloe has stayed low despite her famous sisters and many connections. In 2013 she finally decided to step forward on the public spot to promote the Gynecological Cancer Fund (GCF), which is an organization created to raise awareness on women of ovarian, endometrial and cervical cancers.
Chloe has used her connections to help the organization on raising money for research which is used into ground-breaking treatments. Her earlier studies were somehow how she got into this venture. At the age 20 she recognized alarming symptoms that got her to get smear tests. This was right on-time since the study showed the development of abnormal cells at CIN 3 stage, which is a pre-cancerous level.
Having the diagnosis, she took an outpatient procedure to remove the affected area. It was carried out with local anesthetic, and she quickly recovered. Despite the incident could have passed unseen, this personal experience is her motive to support such a cause.
