David Venable was upraised with two siblings in his birthplace by a single mom who worked as a nurse. He did not get the chance to experience a luxurious lifestyle, due to the meagre income. Later, he achieved his matriculation degree from Charlotte Latin School and he was listed at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, from which he graduated with a bachelor's degree in Radio, Television and Film.

Soon afterward he finished his education, David started working as a newscaster for the WTAJ-TV, in Pennsylvania. Later, he moved to WOAY-TV of West Virginia for availing career opportunities. David, throughout his career life, has availed various opportunities which paved a path for him to increase his bank balance.
