Aarón Sánchez was born on February 12, 1976, in El Paso, Texas. He has a twin brother, Rodrigo Sánchez, who works as an attorney in New York City. His father is Adolfo Sánchez, and his mother is Zarela Martínez, a renowned chef, restaurateur, and cookbook author. From a young age, Sánchez developed a strong interest in cooking and often assisted his mother with her catering business, preparing traditional Mexican food.
