Grace Victoria Phipps was born on May 4, 1992, in Austin, Texas, to parents Gil and Kate Phipps. She has one younger sibling, Liam Phipps. Raised in Boerne, Texas, she later moved with her family to San Antonio. Grace attended Robert E.
