<h2>Early Life and Education</h2>

<p>Joe Scarborough is an American television host, attorney, and former U.S. Representative. He was born on April 9, 1963, in Atlanta, Georgia, to Mary Joanna and George Francis Scarborough. During his childhood, his family relocated, and he was raised primarily in Pensacola, Florida. Scarborough graduated from Pensacola Catholic High School before earning a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Alabama in 1985. In 1990, he completed his Juris Doctor degree at the University of Florida College of Law.</p>

<p>Scarborough was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1991 and began practicing law in Pensacola. <p>In 1994, Scarborough successfully ran for Congress, winning the Republican primary and then general election for Florida’s 1st congressional district. He served in the U.S. House of Representatives from 1995 to 2001.
