From a young age, Lacey trained extensively in dance. At just seven years old, she danced at the U.S. Open Swing Dance Championships in 1995. In 2008, she joined the cast of Dancing with the Stars, appearing in Seasons 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, and 13. In Season 8, partnered with Lance Bass of *NSYNC, she secured third place. Her other dance partners on the show included notable figures such as actor Mark Dacascos and reality star Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino. Her performances were regularly praised for their technical skill and creativity.
In addition to her work in dance, Lacey ventured into music. She debuted on the music scene when she was featured in the song "Red Cup (I Fly Solo)" by Cash Cash. Following this appearance, she released her own single titled "Love Soundz," produced by The Monsters and The Strangerz. She was also featured in the single "Burnin’ Up" by The It Boys.
