Lauren Alaina, born on November 8, 1994, in Rossville, Georgia, is an American singer, songwriter, and actress. She is the daughter of Kristy and J.J. Suddeth. Alaina began singing at the age of three and quickly took to performing publicly. She sang in church, restaurants, family gatherings, and at local events throughout her hometown. Her early passion for music was evident, and by age eight, she won the talent competition at the Southern Stars Pageant.
