Lela Loren’s original name is Lela Maria Loren Avallaneda Sharp. She is an American television actress. Lela was born on May 7, 1980 in California. She grew up in the capital city of Sacramento, California, United States. Her mother is of Mexican origin while her father is European.

Lela Loren is a well known face as a television actress because of her role in the television series Power, however, Lela has had many smaller roles on hit shows such as Cold Case, The Shield, CSI:Miami, CSI:NY, and Ghost Whisperer.

Lela’s acting career seems to be just a miracle of god since she never aspired to become an actress. When Lela was in college she was majoring in Biology and it was by and administrative mistake that she was assigned to take an acting class.
