Odette Annable (née Yustman) was born on May 10, 1985, in Los Angeles, California. Her mother is of Cuban descent, and her father is Colombian. Bilingual from an early age, she was cast as a Spanish-speaking student in the 1990 film Kindergarten Cop when she was just five years old.
