Rika Adachi (足立 梨花) was born on October 16, 1992, in Nagasaki Prefecture, Japan. She was raised in Mie Prefecture alongside her younger siblings. For her junior high education, she attended Konno Tachino Junior High School. Encouraged by her parents, she entered the 32nd Horipro Talent Scout Caravan, marking her early steps into the entertainment industry.
In 2008, Adachi enrolled at Hide High School in Meguro, Tokyo.
