<p>Rydel Lynch was born on August 9, 1993, in Littleton, Colorado. During her childhood, she learned to play a variety of instruments, including the keyboard, tambourine, and double shaker, while also developing her vocal skills. Alongside her older brother Riker, she shared a passion for dance, and the two even competed in ballroom dance competitions. Music ran deep in the Lynch family, and in 2009, they decided to form their own pop rock band, R5.
