Sofia Pernas was born on July 31, 1989, in Fes, Morocco. Sofia Pernas, who moved to the United States when she was five, grew up in Orange County. Her mother is from Morocco, while her father is from Spain; Sofia’s multi-heritage background has contributed to her ability to speak multiple languages fluently. Sofia Pernas is able to speak four different languages: Moroccan, English, Spanish, and German.</p>

<p>Sofia appeared on the The Young and the Restless and also the telenovela, <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jane_the_Virgin">Jane the Virgin</a>; but she is perhaps most well known for her portrayal of Hannah Rivera, on the NBC television series The Brave. The Brave was recently canceled, and Sofia became available for work.
