Sofia Pernas is a Morroccan-Spanish actress whose career began when she was approached by a modeling talent scout; Sofia had originally wanted to be a journalist but soon directed her career towards modeling and acting. Sofia Pernas was born on July 31, 1989, in Fes, Morocco. Sofia Pernas, who moved to the United States when she was five, grew up in Orange County. Her mother is from Morocco, while her father is from Spain; Sofia’s multi-heritage background has contributed to her ability to speak multiple languages fluently. Sofia Pernas is able to speak four different languages: Moroccan, English, Spanish, and German.
Sofia appeared on the The Young and the Restless and also the telenovela, Jane the Virgin; but she is perhaps most well known for her portrayal of Hannah Rivera, on the NBC television series The Brave. The Brave was recently canceled, and Sofia became available for work. She was quickly tagged to act the lead in the CBS hour-long action adventure series Blood & Treasure wish is scheduled to premiere in the summer of 2019. Blood & Treasure is about an antiquities expert and an art thief who come together to thwart a terrorist who funds his attacks through stolen treasure.
