Walton Sanders Goggins was born on November 10, 1971, in Birmingham, Alabama, USA. He is the son of Walton Sanders Goggins Sr. and Janet Long. During his childhood, Goggins moved multiple times with his family—first to Lithia Springs, Georgia, and later to Los Angeles, California.
