Gabrielle Nicole Logan was born on April 24, 1973, in Leeds, United Kingdom. She is the daughter of former Welsh international footballer Terry Yorath, which helped shape her early interest in sports. Rhythmic Gymnastics Career

Before entering broadcasting, Logan competed as a rhythmic gymnast for Wales. She represented her country at the 1990 Commonwealth Games in Auckland, New Zealand, where she finished 11th in the all-around competition.
