Helen Flanagan is an English actress who is perhaps best known for her portrayal of Rosie Webster on the ITV soap opera Coronation Street. Flanagan appeared on Coronation Street, which has been broadcast on ITV since 1960, from 2000-2012, reprising the role in 2017. Helen Joyce Gabriel Flanagan was born on August 7, 1990, in Bury, Greater Manchester, England. Flanagan attended Westholme School in Blackburn, Lancashire. Flanagan first appeared on Coronation Street at the age of ten and in 2016 was nominated by the British Soap Awards for Best Dramatic Performance from a Young Actor or Actress. In 2011, Flanagan was given her own spin-off of Coronation Street, called Just Rosie, which explored her character’s pursuit of a modeling career in London.
Flanagan was voted the most attractive British celebrity in FHM’s 100 Sexiest Women in the World poll in 2013 and appeared topless as a page three girl in The Sun in September of the same year.
