Isaiah Wynn is known as an American football offensive tackle for the New England Patriots of the National Football League.
Isaiah Emmanuel Wynn was born on December 10, 1996. He went to college in Georgia where he was the star of his college football squad. For his studies, Wynn majored in human development and family sciences.
In his college football career, Wynn played 11 games for the Georgia Bulldogs as a true freshman. During the 2015 and 2016 college football seasons, Wynn started in 25 of 26 games, making 23 straight starts until he missed a game against Louisiana due to a serious injury. Before the start to the 2017 season, Wynn missed several practices due to a medical illness. Wynn was named a Second-Team All-American on December 11, 2017 which helped his draft stock for the NFL.
When it came time to enter the pro level, Wynn was drafted by the New England Patriots with the 23rd overall pick in the first round of the 2018 NFL Draft. The Patriots used a pick they had acquired from the Los Angeles Rams in a trade that sent Brandin Cooks to Los Angeles. Both sides were happy with what they got out of the deal.
