One of these best sellers is "Trust", she mentioned in it that learning to trust is one of the most difficult lessons, because trust is rather a noun than a verb. She thought that trust is a state in which you should be always able to maintain, someone should master the four essential trusts, trust in God, trust in others, trust in life and most importantly, trust in themselves.

She mentioned that she had learned from all the difficulties and the hell she has been into all these years, boils down to one important thing, that humans have very thick skin, she said that she believes that spirit is the key to everything we desire. Oprah's relation

Iyanla made continuous appearances on Oprah shows as a guest, but after a year, the relationship between them seems to have ended for some reason.

So, what happened? Eleven years ago, Iyanla told Oprah that she was ready to take on her own show, but Oprah felt that she was not ready yet. After the meeting, Iyanla hosted The Iyanla Show, which lasted only one season. Later, they met for the first time in more than a decade to start talking in what Oprah called an awkward conversation or in other words, "doozy". After that show, Iyanla said that she actually thought that Oprah loved her for herself and not for what she does, but that happened to be false, she said that she loved Oprah anyway, she did and always will, now Iyanla is back and she is ready to talk about everything and put some words into context.
