During the 2005–2006 academic year, Crowley was selected as a visiting scholar at the Russell Sage Foundation in New York City. Personal Life and Family

Jocelyn Elise was married to the late Alan Samuel Colmes, a well-known American radio and television host, liberal political commentator, and blogger for Fox News Channel. Colmes, who earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hofstra University’s School of Communication, started his career in stand-up comedy before transitioning to radio. Over the years, he worked with several radio stations in the Northeast, including WEVD, WMCA, WABC, WHN, and WNBC.

Relations and Public Perception

Jocelyn Elise’s sister, Monica Crowley, is also a prominent figure, known for her work as a television and radio commentator. Despite their public profiles, the family has maintained a relatively private personal life. Alan Colmes passed away in 2017. Reports indicate that as a media personality, Colmes achieved significant financial success, with estimates of his net worth reaching over $12 million at the time of his death.
