Julius Deion Randle was born on November 29, 1994 in Dallas, Texas. He was raised by a single mother named Carolyn Kyles. For high school, Julius Randle was selected at Prestonwood Christian Academy where he was wonderful at playing basketball. The young man won the Under Armor Elite 24 Dunk Contest in August 2012, was viewed as a top 5 player in his 2013 class, and considered a five-star recruit by Rivals.com. Randle then decided to play basketball for the Kentucky Wildcats of the University of Kentucky.
The Los Angeles Lakers got Julius Randle in the first round as the seventh pick in the 2014 NBA Draft. They played him as a forward for his first NBA game in their season opener against the Houston Rockets on October 28, 2014. He only played 14 minutes on the court before he broke his right tibia which saw him off for the remainder of the season.Julius had a medical procedure and made a full recuperation a short time later. He at that point returned to the NBA for the 2015-2016 season in which he put in a great performance all through the season.
Toward the finish of his last season with the Los Angeles Lakers, Julius Randle agreed to an $18 million worth two-year contract with the New Orleans Pelicans. He played well for his new team and made his mark on the league.
