Early life and Career:

Being born and grown in Fayetteville Georgia, she attended the Stars Mills High School in Fayette County. She played for the institute’s team for almost four years. Kelley captained her team during senior and junior years. In 2006 she scored 20 goals and 16 assists, leading her team to 5A State Titles. She played for the US-16 team in 2004. She later joined the US-17 women team too in the same year before this O’Hara played for many club teams including AFC Lightning and Peachtree City Lazers. In the year 2006 she played marvelous soccer of her life as a junior.

She is recipient of the title of Atlanta Journal Constitution of the Year. In the same year she was also declared as the Getograde Georgia State Player of the Year.

Professional Career and Achievements:

O’ Hara attended the Stanford University from 2006 to 2009. Here, she played for the Stanford Cardinal. In the year 2006 Cardinal made it to the College Cup. It was for the first time since 1993. Here, the defeated the 2005 champion Portland and played against Notre Dame, in semi final. Her finish of the college career was not so good. It was the 2009’s College Cup. In final she received two yellow cards by making her college team to play without one woman. Still she had a marvelous college career, O’ Hara ended her sophomore year with 32 assists and 57 goals.

As a collegiate Soccer’s top player she received a Hermann Trophy in 2009. From 2005 to 2010, she represented United States in various international tournaments. Her regular international career in US National team was started in 2008.During her career she played many important tournaments including 2011 FIFA Women’s World cup, 2012 Olympics and 2015 FIFA Women world cup.

Personal Life

O’ Hara was born to Dan and Karen O’ Hara. She has one sister Erin and a brother Jerry. She has a boyfriend Adam Sweat. She knows him since her childhood. It is said that couple is dating from so long. O’ Hara has amassed much fame and large fan following on twitter and other social media platforms. She has also endorsed many brands. She appeared in advertisements and commercials for Under Armour. She made her appearance in a commercial for National Fluid Milk Processor Promotion Board to promote the Chocolate Milk. She also appeared in Garbage Time with her other teammates. The show is aired on Fox Sports.

O’Hara is featured by many magazines such as Sports Illustrated, Howler and Shape. After winning the 2015 FIFA Women’s world cup her team was honored by the President Obama and White House.
