Kenny Albert

Kenneth Albert or more popularly known as Kenny Albert is a famous sportscaster appearing mainly in American sports TV Shows. He is the lone sportscaster who is involved in the major leagues of the USA and Canada such as NFL, NBA, MLB and NHL. Kenny's father was also a sportscaster named Marv Albert and he was born in New York on Feb 2nd in the year 1968.

Kenny was involved in sports broadcasting as early as when he was five years old when his father gifted him a Tape recorder so that he can practice his broadcasting. Kenny was taken to a game of NHL in which one of the team was New York Rangers on the occasion of his sixth birthday. As a stroke of luck, one of the statisticians was forced to leave the game before completion. This opened the doors of Kenny and he was given an opportunity to maintain the stats for the remaining amount of game.

Kenny's idol was his father and he had decided in his childhood that he would follow in his father's footsteps. When he attained the age of 14, he became the official statistician for the radio of the NHL team New York Rangers. When he reached the age of 16 he also started to write content for a program of New York Rangers.

Keeping an eye on sportscasting he graduated with a degree in broadcasting and journalism in the year 1990 from New York University. After graduation, he started working in the department of sports at WNYU Radio.

Later in his career, Kenny became the Radio commentator for New York Rangers. Along with this he was also involved in the coverage of Major League Baseball (MLB) for Fox Sports as a play-by-play announcer. He was also the field level reporter and not only for MLB but also for the NFL and the Sugar Bowl championships. Apart from working with the Fox sports he was also a part of NBC channel for the coverage of NHL.

Kenny has been involved in coverage of many important sporting events such as the Olympics coverage for NBC, announcer on a play by play basis at the 2002 Winter Salt Lake city for Men's and Women's Ice Hockey. He was also involved in the coverage of the same sport in the successive winter Olympics held in the years 2006, 2010 and 2014 in Turin, Vancouver and Sochi respectively.

As it shows Kenny is immensely talented and because of the talent, he was able to achieve various feats. He has also done play by play announcements for teams such as Washington Capitals and Washington Bullets. He was also associated with Washington Nationals as a part time announcer in the year 2005.
