Now moving on to his physical configuration, Kenny is a tall man with the height of 6 feet and 3 inches. Kenny looks phenomenal even at the age of 50 now. In his playing days, he was an phenomenal athlete with magnetic athletic body. Surely, he has gained a good amount of weight on the past, but he doesn't look overweighed. Nevertheless, the good looking African American with endearing big smile has an expressive personality. Moreover, he has no hair (previously, he used to have a short hairstyle, black hair).

Talking about his relationship status, he is a committed man. His wife is no other than studding beauty Gwendolyn Osborne (mixed ethnicity, Jamaican mother and British father), an American model (Price is Right), recording artist and actor.  The Smith family has their own reality show Meet The Smiths on TBS which features the couple parenting differences, busy professional life and stress and romance. The couple has two children; a 2008 born son named Malloy Adrian Smith and a 2012 born daughter named London Olivia Smith (famous in Instagram). Nevertheless, Kenny is also the father of son KJ Smith, a successful High-school basketball player, and  R&B singer daughter Kayala Brianna. Kayala and KJ are Kenny's children from his ex-wife Dawn Reavis.

Born on March 8, 1965, in Queens New York, Kenneth "Kenny" Smith was trained by the legendary Jack Curran when he was attending the famous Catholic school Archbishop Moloy (earned second-team All-ACC as a sophomore and a junior). Later, he enjoyed impressive basketball career (earned Consensus First Team All American in 1987 and a consensus All-America and first-team All-ACC choice in the same year) at the University of North Carolina for coaching legend Dean Smith.  

After his university, the award-winning school and college basketball player started playing for the New York Riverside Church. He got his career breakthrough when Sacramento Kings signed him as the sixth pick of the 1987 NBA drafts. Since then, as we know, he has never looked back.

Amazingly, he played for 6 different teams in his 10 years of NBA career including Sacramento Kings (p. 1987-1990, NBA All-Rookie First Team in 1988), Atlanta Hawks (p.1990), Housten Rockets (p.1990 to 1996, 2*NBA champion-1994 and 1995), Detriot Pistons (p.1996), Orlando Magic (p. 1996-1997) and Denver Nuggets (p.1997). Nevertheless, his post career highlight includes NBA Shooting Stars Champion (2010).

Impressively, he ended his short career with an impressive set of numbers such as 9397 points, 1454 and rebounds, 4073 assists.

Houston fans will always remember Kenny for his magical performance against Orlando Magic in the 1995 finals where he made seven three-pointers including a game tying shot which the game into overtime. Later, the team defeated Magic by 120-118.

Basketball enthusiasts will not only remember Kenny for his exceptional speed and tough pull-up jumpers, but also for his in-depth NBA analysis. This is his 10th season in TNT's Inside The NBA. He has also co-hosted other TNT programs in the past.
