At the age of 7, Laura Quinn started her training at Baltimore Country Youth Ballet. There, she made performances in different ballets including Nutcracker, Cinderella, and Midsummer Night’s Dream. She started out as a little snowflake and advanced to roles such as Clara, sugar plum and dew drop. After which she attended the Baltimore School for the Arts. In the summertimes, she studied at Kirov Ballet - a universal ballet school - and Miami City Ballet as well. After graduation, Laura went to Miami City Ballet in the pre-professional program. Currently, Laura is teaching at Millennium Dance Complex (for the last six years) and Edge Performing Arts Center and continuing her career as a dancer in the industry. Laura is indeed very determined and passionate about dancing. She happens to be the sister of Brandy Quinn, who was a former NFL quarterback and is currently now an agent.
Personal Life
Laura was married to AJ Hawks (The American football linebacker). Laura Hawk and AJ met in their sophomore year of college and began dating after their junior year. According to Laura, the relationship moved quickly - they officially became boyfriend and girlfriend within a month and their wedding took place 5 months after they started dating. They got married on 24th of July, 2006 in a civil ceremony at a courthouse (and online rumors seem to indicate that the wedding occurred shotgun styled so that AJ could get Laura’s education paid as part of his rookie contract). They both actually got married for real on 17th of March, 2007 in a prodigal ceremony in Dublin. They now have two children a girl - Lennon Noel, born on 4th of December 2010 - and a boy - Hendrix Knight, born in January 2013.
