Early Life and Family Background

Elizabeth Ann Offutt was born on November 1, 1975. She grew up alongside her sisters, Angela and Jennifer, in West Virginia. Her father, Frank Offutt, held multiple jobs throughout his career to provide for the family. His employment history includes working with MTI Engineering, the Kanawha Valley Chemical Industry, the Goodrich-Gulf Rubber Plant, and Monsanto.

Both of her parents were involved in coaching a girls' basketball team at their local church, instilling the values of teamwork and discipline from a young age. Libby initially attended St. Albans High School in Kanawha County before transferring to DuPont High School in DuPont City. During her high school years, she was actively involved in sports and particularly excelled in swimming.

Personal Life and Relationship with Randy Moss

Libby Offutt met Randy Moss while attending DuPont High School. At the time, Moss was a standout athlete, excelling in football, basketball, baseball, and track. The couple began dating during high school, facing social challenges due to their interracial relationship, including discriminatory remarks from some peers. Despite the adversity, their relationship continued to grow stronger.

While still in high school, Libby became pregnant with their first child. Their daughter, Sydney Nikale Moss, was born on March 6, 1994. Libby and Randy went on to have four more children together: Senali, Thaddeus, Montigo, and Sylee.

Sydney pursued athletics and became a successful basketball player. She played for Thomas More College and gained national attention during the 2014 Division III NCAA Tournament, where she set a scoring record for points in a single tournament. Thaddeus Moss followed in his father's footsteps and became a football player. He attended Boone County High School and later transferred to Victory Christian Center High School. In 2017, Thaddeus officially joined Louisiana State University (LSU) to continue his football career.

Their other children also pursued athletics. Montigo and Sylee showed interest in football, while Senali played basketball before transitioning to a career as a YouTuber.
