He, however, has a brother and a sister in his family and his mother raised them up to become successful individuals. Moss has a girlfriend with the name Libby Offutt but whether the couple got married or engaged or not in the past or converted their boyfriend-girlfriend relation into a husband-wife relation or not in the past is still not known. The couple, however, is said to be very close to each other and is said to be sharing a strong bond together. They are believed to be staying together since long and have got five beautiful children together as well.

Moss started showing interest in Football when he was very young in age. He joined his high school with the name ‘DuPont High School’ and joined the school’s football team there. He performed stupendously in the school and led his team to win the championships for the consecutive years in 1992 and 1993. He was awarded player of the year in the school for many years and was placed in the top 50 players of all-time in the school. Apart from Football, Randy was interested in many other activities in the school as well and appeared as a multi-tasker and a person with multiple abilities. He was a participant in the school’s basketball team and performed well there as well.

He participated in many track events in the school and used to be a part of many debates and declamations in the school. Later on after passing out of school he wanted to join the college Notre Dame Fighting Irish but because of some issue could not join the college. He, however, got a scholarship from the college ‘Florida State’ and joined there. He was caught in a very controversial situation when he was tested positive for a banned drug in the sports and was later on jailed also for the use of the drug. This had a much larger impact on his sporting career in the long term.

According to his biography, Moss did not get many offers from teams after his college to join them because of his history of drug abuse in the sport. He, however, signed a contract with the team Minnesota Vikings in the year 1998 and played well for them. He was later on bought by the team Oakland Riders where he played for 2 years and later on joined the team New England Patriots in the year 2007. He returned back to the Minnesota team later on and retired from there in 2012.

Moss has an estimated net worth of around $25 million which he has earned playing with multiple teams at professional level throughout his professional career.
