Lise Weil is a translator and editor born in Chicago born. She is based in the city of Montreal from the year 1990. Her translation, essays and stories were established in many literary journals of Canada and U.S. She was the founder and also the editor for US Feminist Review called Trivia: Journal of Idea and of the online offshoot Trivia: Voices of Feminism. She is a founder and also editor for Dark Matter: Women Witnessing. She has a collection of Mary Meigs about aging and writings under the name Beyond Recall.
