She came into the spot light in the year 2003, when she was found by a freelance photographer, who took her pictures on the Bournemouth Beach and published them on several publications, after which she get several opportunities to work with publications such as Daily Star, Nuts, FHM and Loaded.

She was first seen topless in 2007 in Nuts and in the same year the Australian Magazine, Ralph announced that she has the Best Breasts in the World. After this, FHM listed her on the 100 sexiest Women in the World in the 2007, 2006 and 2005 at number 92, 35 and 16 respectively. She became the head of the Bennetts Babe Squad in the year 2010.

Her acting career started because of her modelling career, she got her first gig in the year 2004, when she played a role on I'm Famous and Frightened, Living TV series; in which she was seen investigating ghosts and spirits at the Bolsover Castle while spending her weekend there.

After that she was seen working with Sky Sports as a celebrity on the Soccer Am, in 2005 wearing a Southampton Jersey. Then she answered a lot of questions related to modelling and football while sitting on the orange sofa. For four months from Sept to Dec' 07, she hosted a short programme for Nuts TV in night named as Book at Bedtime, in which she use to read a passage from a novel. She also appeared for Hot Shots Calendar in 2011 and 2014.

Earlier in her college life she had two boyfriends, Thomas in the first term of her college and then Clyde in second term who was a Black rugby player.

Charity Work

She is the brand ambassador for the charity Kick 4 Life, in which football is being used to fight poverty and disease in various developing countries. She has produced several original piece of art for auction in order to raise funds for the charities like Sports for all and Keech Hospice Care.

She also worked as a volunteer at Cats Protection and was called as the judge for national Cat awards in 2012 for the category of Hero Cat.  She even worked with Help for Heroes, in 2007, which is a British charity to help British servicemen and women availing better facilities, which have been wounded or got injured during line of duty.

She also wrote for several magazines and journals including the Nuts, Busty brits, Zoo weekly.
