In 2013, Richardson-Sellers graduated, with a degree in Archeology and Anthropology, from the University of Oxford, where she partook in and coordinated a few plays, including Mephisto, Chatroom, and There Will Be Red.

Career

As a rising young actress, Maisie has become known for her appearances in films and TV shows like Star Wars: Episode VII - The Force Awakens (2015), Legends of Tomorrow (2016) and The Originals (2013).

In the wake of graduating college, she began trying out and was excited to get her first job in the Star Wars continuation film Star Wars: The Force Awakens, in the role of Korr Sella.

After wrapping up filming for her The Force Awakens role, Richardson-Sellers booked her second job as Rebekah Mikaelson in the CW series The Originals in 2014, where the character of Rebekah possesses an alternate body after a spell gone wrong.
