Natalie Brown was born and raised in Timmins, Ontario, which is small town located northeastern Canada, right on the Mattagami River. Born on May 17, 1973, she started her professional career as the Heinz Ketchup girl. By the time she went to college, she also modeled for Max Factor and Noxzema. She got her degree in fine arts at the York University. Natalie is a polyglot, fluent in English and French as her mother tongues and Chinese. Having a height of 1.62 meters, she is also an energetic athlete, actively practicing on a great variety of sports, which includes golf, skiing, cycling, swimming and ice skating. The series only lasted 32 episodes and was aired between 2008 and 2009. The final episode was seen on TV on March 23.

Natalie Brown received a nomination for her participation on “Sophie” to get the Gemini Award for Best Individual Performance in a Comedy Program or Series. Another remarkable role that got her a new nomination was her participation since 2014 on a thriller about the story of the head of the Center of Disease Control y NY “The Strain”. On this series Natalie plays Kelly Goodweather, character that gave her a Golden Globe as Best Actress in a TV Series broadcasted in the US in 2016. On the same year she won as part of an ensemble on the Canadian Filmakers’ Festival for the film “How to plan an Orgy in a Small Town” where she played Ana. Despite her many acting roles over time, her net worth is not high, and she is not yet considered to be part of the wealthiest actresses around.
