Career Beginnings
According to her biography, Nicole began her professional music career in 2001 as a backing vocalist for the American rock band Days of the New. This early involvement in the music scene helped her develop her style and stage presence.
Breakthrough with The Pussycat Dolls
In 2003, Nicole became the lead singer of The Pussycat Dolls, a pop and R&B girl group that gained international fame. In 2004, the group recorded “We Went as Far as We Felt Like Going” for the animated film Shark Tale and released “Sway,” their first single.
