Niki Savva is known as an Australian journalist, author, and former senior adviser. Niki was born in the beautiful village of Choli in Cyprus. Niki’s father Andreas immigrated to Melbourne, Australia in 1951. He wanted to establish himself there before he brought the rest of his family over. After many years, Niki, her mother Elpiniki and her brother Steven eventually joined Andreas in Australia.

Niki Savva the  political correspondent with The Australian before becoming a national political editor for Melbourne’s Herald Sun. She then became the bureau chief for The Age. Peter Costello employed her as a press secretary for six years and she was on John Howard’s staff for four years. She began writing political columns for The Australian in 2010.

Savva is married to a man named Vince Woolcock. Vince works as a Liberal political staffer. They get a long really well because of their common ties in politics.
