In her social profile page, she has mentioned that she procured AA in Associate’s Degree from the Tallahassee Community College. And adding to that, she also mentioned that she has completed graduation from Florida State University in the year 2002. She has opted in selecting Leisure and Recreation degree as her interest and procured AA in the selected ideology. Noelle Lucila is the daughter of Columba Bush and Jeb Bush. From the year 1999 to 2007, Columba Bush served as Florida’s First Lady. And Jeb Bush was the former governor of Florida, as now he is the nominated candidate of the Republican Party as the Presidential candidate. Noelle Lucila has two brothers. Elder brother, George Prescott Bush was born in the year April 24, 1976 and her younger brother John Ellis Bush was born in the year December 13, 1983.

In the year 2002 when Noelle Lucila’s uncle George W. Bush was acting President of the United States of America, her arrest on January 29th, 2002 did a significant level of outburst about her in the news and in the internet world. It was reported that she was charged for fraudulence in medical prescription to buy Xanax in a local pharmacy. She was arrested for trying to purchase Xanax with another persons prescription. It is known that the drug Xanax is a sedative, and is a popular drug for abusers.

This news was noted to be the headline news, as when she was arrested her father Jeb Bush was the sitting governor. There are quite a few incidents which can be mentioned as her out break on getting arrested. In the month of July, 2002 she got arrested and she was jailed for a short period of time accused for having prescribed drugs when in the time of court order.
