He is the youngest of three brothers and was raised in North West London. Stark attended Hendon School from 2002 to 2009 before embarking on a journey that would take him through various jobs unrelated to acting. Prior to pursuing his entertainment career, he worked as a door-to-door salesman, cleaner, call center operator, and nightclub promoter.
Stark made his acting debut in 2011 with the short film "Follow," directed by David Alexander for the UK Film Council. This initial appearance served as a stepping stone into British television, where he secured a range of roles across popular series such as "Luther," "Big Bad World," "Dracula," "Venus vs. Mars," and "Casualty."
