Early Life and Education

Jean Paige Turco was born on May 17, 1965, in Springfield, Massachusetts. As a child, she pursued ballet and performed as a soloist with the New England Dance Conservatory, the Amherst Ballet Theatre Company, and the Massachusetts Ballet Company. Unfortunately, her aspirations of becoming a professional ballerina ended after a serious ankle injury.

Following her injury, Turco shifted her focus to acting. She attended Bay Path College before transferring to the University of Connecticut, where she earned a degree in drama.
