San Francisco 49ers and Later Career
Following his release from Detroit, Bush signed a one-year, $2.5 million contract with the San Francisco 49ers in March 2015. Unfortunately, injuries continued to hamper his playing time. He appeared in only two games before being placed on injured reserve, and his production was limited due to a torn meniscus sustained during a game.
