A year after giving birth to baby Meilani, Mathews and JWoww were married on October 18, 2015, just as they planned. The most exciting news for fans turned out not to be the marriage itself, rather it was an announcement at the wedding that JWoww was expecting a second child. The news was announced at the marriage reception party and in no time at all, JWoww gave birth to a son at 6:03 p.m. on Thursday, May 5, 2016. Mathews and his wife named their new son Greyson Valor and shared photos on social media which were well received by fans worldwide.

To this day, the family is still together with no talk of separation or divorce. The couple spends their lives focused on family nowadays instead of hitting the gym, tanning, and laundry like they used to. Mathews says every day raising his children is an adventure whether its feeding them, reading books, playing Disney Princess dress up or just getting ready for bed. "I do diapers and get up with Jenni as much as I can at night. I think it’s only fair. My family is my priority," Mathews said in an interview.

Although the couple is still happily married, they are not without their disputes throughout the years. One issue for the reality TV stars has been sex.
