Personal Life
In her free time, Sally loves to dance. She has never been married nor has she ever been romantically linked to any partner. Her love and passion burns for her career alone. She once said that she is open to getting married someday and raising kids and that she and her friend, James Corden once agreed that they would make babies and become life partners if they are still both single at the age of 35, which obviously didn’t happen since Corden married in 2012. Sally is an extremely private person and doesn't like to reveal a lot about her personal life.
Sally is so much in love with her acting career to such extent she doesn’t believe she’d survive in other fields. She believes her set of skills are limited and that she’d be useless in most of the endeavors that have nothing to do with acting. As such, she’s hoping to remain an actress for a long time, as long as she is still considered relevant in the industry. She once stated that she was disheartened to learn women are also undermined in the movie industry like in other professions.

There is no doubt that Sally Hawkins has made an imprint on the film industry. Her film resume alone is enough to know that she is one of the best actresses in the industry. It is plain to see that she is just getting started and has yet to even touch the iceberg of her career as an actress. She and Mike Leigh will more than likely make more magical films together in the near future. Expect to see Sally’s face on the big screen as well as at all of the award shows in the upcoming years. Sally Hawkins is definitely here to stay.
