Sarah Bolger is an Irish actress known for her work in the films In America, Stormbreaker, The Spiderwick Chronicles, and Emillie; she appears as Lady Mary Tudor in the television series The Tudors. Sarah Bolger was born February 28, 1991, in Dublin, Ireland. The daughter of a butcher and a homemaker, Sarah Bolger has been acting since she was just five years old. Growing up, Sarah attended The Young People’s Theatre School in Dublin.

Sarah Bolger received international attention in 2001 when she appeared in Jim Sheridan's semi-autobiographical In America. She starred opposite her real-life sister, Emma, in the film and her performance as Christy, won her many nominations around the world including Best Newcomer at the Spirit Awards and the Critics Choice Award. She has earned 2011 Irish Films and Television Awards for best actress in a supporting role and the 2009 Berlin Film festival award for best supporting actress and was selected to be in photographer Kevin Abosch’s project "The Faces of Ireland”. Sarah Bolger’s most recent work, A Good Woman is Hard to Find, is scheduled for an early 2019 release. The twenty seven year old actress is also said to be working as the central role of Emily in Mayans MC, the spin-off of the highly successful show, Sons of Anarchy.
