His parents have always been very supportive of him and his career path. He did his highs choosing from a small school in his hometown but didn't continue his education further. He started playing football at an age of just 5 years. Football is a very famous sport in his country and so he got into the game at a very early stage o his life. At the age of just 9 years old, he joined the club Independiente. He started in the youth league of the club and later went on to play for the senior team. He was the youngest play to ever play fo that club at an age of just 15 years. He had started showing signs of greatness when he was just a small kid. A year later he was the main starter for the first team and score 18 goals in the league.

His performance attracted interest from all over the world for his transfer. In 2006 Atletico came calling and so he signed for that club. The reported transfer fee was around $30 million which was the most Atletico had used on any player in the history of the club. His 2008 season was the starting of something great as he scored 19 goals in that season, the third highest in the league. To achieve this feat at the age of just 19 years was a very big deal. He then sustained some injury. He helped the club qualify for the champions league. The next year he scored 20 goals which were most in any of his calendar ears.

After a year he left the club joined Manchester city in England and since then he has become one of the greatest players of the club. He has helped them win two English Premier League trophies and also FA cup. His best memory with the club is when he scored on the last matchday with QPR to win the league on the basis of goal difference.  This happened in 2011 when Manchester City and Manchester United were all on point and had to win their last game in order to win the league. Manchester United had won their game and now sat at the top of the points table with Manchester City losing to QPR in their final with a couple of minutes to spare.

At this point Edin Dzeko equalized with a header and the score now read 2-2. With just a minute to spare Manchester City had to score in any way to win the league. The celebrations had already started at the Old Trafford at this point of time but Sergio Aguero had other ideas. He rounded off the last defender after getting a pass from Mario Balotelli in the last minute and struck the ball into the next which sent all the crowd and the player into a free.
