She does a show with Matt Titus about matchmaking and dating. Matt asked her on a date. She did not believe in love and refused to take a drink with him. She said that she would totally focus only on her career. He kept asking her out, every day and she kept refusing. Titus was already married. A year before he met Fadal, he almost died in an accident when he raced to meet his girlfriend while his wife was waiting for him, at his home. He got divorced and started pursuing Fadal. After a long wait, they both started dating and got married in 1989.

They were married for four years and they mutually filed for a divorce. Fadal announced her decision in 2012. They did not have any children together, but there was a splitting custody of their two dogs.

She once stated that he has dated one of her boyfriend for over a decade. She never mentioned his name. She said that everyone around her kept inquiring about when she is going to have a baby. Even her lover for 10 years called up and asked, it seems. The couple said that they just got married and did not want to rush into things.

Matt is known for his infidelity activities. He had an affair with Isabella Rijnties when he was separated from Fadal, but, not legally divorced. Right before his separation from Fadal, he started dating Laura Grand, an employee in the matchmaking business. When Fadal came to know about her husband and Grand, she moved away from him, slowly. He broke up with Grand, months before he met Rijnties. Matt also confessed to Fadel that he broke up with Laura, too, as he could not be in a relationship when is marriage is still alive. Though most of the sources tag him as a cheater, he confirms that he did not cheat Rijnties with Laura.

During their separation, Fadel and Matt had a huge fight on the terms of sharing the business. They met each other to talk about the business and it soon turned into a fight. Fadel walked out the room and Matt chased her to the elevator. In the middle of the argument, the employees heard her shout that they would destroy each other. Matt confirmed that it was just an argument and there nothing physical. He grabbed her purse and broke it. After that argument, she turned down her position as co-owner of the company. Matt said that he is ready to marry five times to get it right.

Fadel, on the other hand, is not dating anyone as of now. When asked about when she would start back dating, she did not comment on it. With Matt moved on, already, it is time for her, too.
