Career Beginnings and Industrial Light & Magic
Following his graduation, Belleci began working at M5 Industries, initially performing general shop work. His dedication and enthusiasm eventually earned him a place at Industrial Light & Magic (ILM), the visual effects company founded by George Lucas. Over the next eight years, he worked as a sculptor, painter, and model builder on blockbuster franchises, including Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace and Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones.
