Travis Willingham is an American voice actor who was born on August 3, 1981, in Dallas, Texas. Little is known about Willingham's early years but his career in voice acting first took off after he portrayed Roy Mustang in the American dub of "Fullmetal Alchemist". He later returned for the role in "Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood". Willingham's voice acting career took off so quickly it is almost unbelievable how many films, shows, and video games he is credited in. Perhaps the key to Willingham's success was the string of characters he initially played which include Ginko in "Mushishi", Cleo in "Glass Fleet", Yu Kanda in "D. Gray-man", and the Funimation dub of the Japanese anime "One Piece".
Willingham also voiced Takashi Morinozuka in "Ouran High School Host Club." Other credits include some American shows such as Marvel cartoons where he voiced the hammer-wielding superhero, Thor. He also appeared as King Roland II in the Disney Junior show "Sofia the First". Willingham is also well known for voicing Knuckles the Echidna from "Sonic the Hedgehog" series since 2010. Willingham also appears on the live-roleplaying show "Critical Role" which is made by "Geek & Sundry". He and other voice actors act out characters in "Dungeons & Dragons" gaming sessions that are live-streamed on Twitch.
