Acting Career
Blackburn began his acting career in 2004 with a guest appearance on the Nickelodeon series Unfabulous. He went on to appear in a variety of films and web series throughout the following years, gradually building his profile in the entertainment industry. In 2010, he secured a role on the long-running soap opera Days of Our Lives.
Later that year, Blackburn gained significant recognition when he was cast as Caleb Rivers in the hit teen mystery drama Pretty Little Liars on ABC Family. His performance as Caleb became one of the most beloved characters on the show, contributing to his growing popularity.
Pretty Little Liars and Ravenswood
His popularity on Pretty Little Liars led to additional opportunities within the same universe. In May 2013, Blackburn confirmed that he would reprise his role as Caleb Rivers in the spin-off series Ravenswood, which explored supernatural elements and aired for one season.
