Life History:

Very few people may know his original name i.e. Jeffrey Phillip Wielandt . According to biography information Bayonne state of New Jersey is his birth place. He was born on 14th of January 1967. He carried his early education in New Jersey. He graduated in 1985 from Jackson Memorial High School. Currently he enjoys a married life, with his wife Barbaranne. They have four kids namely, Hayley Rae, Sabbath, Hendrix Jesse.

He had genes for creativity and music since his childhood, but at that time he did not take it seriously. He lived with a passion for music. In his interview he claimed that he was crazy for music. He even spent 12 hours of playing guitar, when he was at school. Still he claims that he never thought of so much fame and eminence. Although he was able to play guitars even at an age of 8 yet he keep lingering it till the age of 14. Then he started his initial step towards his musical career, in New Jersey. He performed for Silverton section at Silverton Music. Even at such a young age he was compatible with the musicians of that era.

Many of us have seen a guitar with a graphic of bulls-eye over it. But very few of us know its association with Zakk Wylde. He is known for using these custom made guitars. He claims that it was necessary to differentiate his work and bring up some individual identity. The reason was to avoid mixing up of his work with that of Randy Rhoads. Originally he ordered for a motif which was designed in spiral shape. But when he got the results it was in correct. But it attracted Zakk Wylde and he kept it as his symbol of identity in heavy metal music field. Some of the opponents claim that he copied the idea of Twisted Sister and Eddie Ojeda. However time and again, Zakk Wylde has clarified that it was merely a coincidence. Among his most liked guitars the model GMW RR-V is the most famous. It has a V in Polka dots.
