Born on 22nd February 1974 at Tidworth in the United Kingdom in an army hospital, James Hillier Blount is well known as James Blunt, his stage name. He was the first child to Jane A.F. and Charles Blount. He has two siblings, Emily and Daisy Blount. James’s father was a colonel in the Air Corps of the British Army and also a helicopter pilot and hence got posted in various cities.
